CARSON CITY PURCHASING AND CONTRACTS INVITATION TO BID NRS 332 – NORMAL MAINTENANCE BID No. 26300249 Lompa Ranch North Landscape Maintenance Contract SUMMARY: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Lompa Ranch North Landscape Maintenance Contract. The required maintenance will include, but is not limited to removal of sediment, vegetation, debris, and trash, restore flowline to intended geometric section, inspections, weed control, and revegetation. The maintenance will include all phases of work customarily associated with this type of work. Contractors are encouraged to conduct site visits to each drainage channel area to become familiar with the work required to properly maintain all drainage channels prior to submitting the bid. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto. It is each bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their sealed bid QUESTIONS must be submitted in writing via email to Carol Akers at CAkers@carson.org and must be received a minimum of four (4) working days prior to bid opening. SEALED BIDS must be submitted electronically via the online bidding system (NGEM). The link can be found through the Carson City's website http://www.carson.org/bids. Bids must be received not later than 2:00 p.m. on December 8, 2025. BID OPENING will be held online via webex meeting at 2:30 p.m. on December 8, 2025, meeting information will be issued through an addendum. Bidders, their representatives, and all other interested persons may be present during the bid opening. AWARD RECOMMENDATION will be made by the Carson City Purchasing and Contracts Department. AWARD will be made by the Carson City Board of Supervisors and is tentatively scheduled for January 6, 2026.
