CHANGE OF NAME Notice is hearby given that on November 14, 2025, a petition for change of name was filed in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, requesting a decree to change the name(s) of Tyler Levon Phillips-Zawierucha, Mary Allison Phillips-Zawierucha, Aiden Christopher Phillips-Zawierucha, Caleb Matthew Phillips-Zawierucha to Tyler Phillip Zawierucha, Mary Allison Zawierucha, Aiden Christopher Zawierucha, Caleb Matthew Zawierucha. The Court has fixed January 27, 2026, at 1:30pm in Court- room #350, County Justice Center, 100 North Main St, Doylestown, Pennsylvania, as the time and place for the hearing on said petition when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of the said petitioner should not be granted.
