Greetings:
You are hereby commanded to summon the Unknown Distributees of Mark Edwards Whitmire, a/k/a Mark Edward Whitmire, Deceased, known heir of Johnnie Ray Whitmire, all of whose names and residences and whereabouts are unknown to the plaintiff, Keith Dendy, a/k/a Douglas Keith Dendy, by making publication of this citation once, at least ten days previous to the return day hereof, in some newspaper, published in your county, to appear at the next regular term of the County Probate Court No. 2 of Harris County, Texas, after service has been perfected, to be holden in the courthouse thereof, in Houston, Texas, the same being Monday, March 16, 2026, then and there to answer a petition filed in said court on February 26, 2026, in a probate action now pending in said court in the above numbered and styled estate on the probate docket of said court, wherein Keith Dendy, a/k/a Douglas Keith Dendy, is plaintiff and the Unknown Distributees of Mark Edwards Whitmire, a/k/a Mark Edward Whitmire, Deceased, known heir of said Johnnie Ray Whitmire, Deceased is the defendant.
NOTICE:
A. The Testator's property will pass to the Testator's heirs if the Will is not admitted to probate; and
B. The person offering the Testator's Will may not be in default for failing to present the Will for probate during the four-year period inmmediately following the Testator's death.
Herein fail not, but have you before said court, at the time aforesaid, this writ your return thereon, showing how you have executed the same.
