You are hereby notified that a Petition for Adoption concerning the above minor child born September 4, 2012 to ROSALIA F. FOSTER, in Birmingham, Jefferson County, AL, has been filed in the Probate Court of Autauga County, Alabama, in the above-styled cause.
The Petition for Adoption was filed by Petitioners: TONY G. FOSTER and SANDRA J. FOSTER.
The biological mother of the child, Rosalia F. Foster, executed a notarized Waiver of Notice on July 15, 2025, in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
The nature of this proceeding is to obtain a judgment of adoption regarding the minor child and to establish all legal rights, duties, and responsibilities between the Petitioners and the adoptee. This notice is provided pursuant to § 26-10A-17, Code of Alabama (1975), as amended.
These proceedings are set to be heard on the 16th day of February, 2026 at 9:00am in the Probate Court of Autauga County, Alabama. You are hereby noticed of these proceedings and must file an answer or contest to the Petition for Adoption by filing a written answer with:

If you fail to file an answer, a default judgment may be entered against you, and the relief requested by the Petitioners, including adoption of the minor and termination of any parental rights you may have, may be granted without further notice.
