CITY OF HAGERSTOWN, MD APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given by the City of Hagerstown that one (1) Ordinance was passed and approved on November 25, 2025. The Ordinance is as follows: Ordinance No. O-25-21 – Approving the purchase of an easement over a portion of property on Mt. Aetna Road, Parcel 973, to construct a public walkway The aforementioned Ordinance will become effective on December 26, 2025 unless petitioned to referendum in accordance with the provisions of Section 209 of the Charter.
