CITY OF KELLEY SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING Sunday, December 14, 2025 The City of Kelley special Council meeting was called to order at 2:00 pm by Mayor Jackie Sapp. Roll Call: Present: Kelly Netcott, Tim Salasek, Brendan Burtnett (By Phone), Ben Adams and Alex Lundgren. Absent: None. Also present: Jaeda Davies – City Clerk; Garret Davies - public works. Motion was made Salasek and seconded by Lundgren to approve a full-time public works position with a base salary of $60,000 for a 40 hour work week per year including benefits. Roll call vote was Ayes: Salasek, Adams, Burtnett, and Lundgren. Nays: None. Council tabled the discussion about fire station. Council tabled the discussion about Snow removal.
