CITY OF PETOSKEY ORDINANCE NO. 812 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND APPENDIX A: ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PETOSKEY THE CITY OF PETOSKEY ORDAINS: 1. The City of Petoskey Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as follows: The zoning district designation for 224 Michigan Street, Parcel ID 52-19-06-278- 013, is hereby changed from OS-Office Service to B-2B Mixed Use Corridor. This Ordinance shall take effect fourteen (14) days following its enactment. Adopted, enacted, and ordained by the City of Petoskey City Council this 18th day of May, 2026.
