That Section 10.20.080(c) No parking and restricted parking areas designated, is hereby amended to read as follows: (c) In any area of the "Central Parking Business District" for which there is free parking on the street, parking shall be restricted as follows: (3) Definitions in this section the following apply: (ii) The Central Parking Business District means that area bounded on the north by the south side of McIndoe Street, on the south by the south north side of Washington Forest Street, on the east by the curb line of the west side of 5th Street, and on the west by the west side of 1st Street. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on the day after its publication.
