CITY OF WORCESTER PROPOSED LOAN ORDER The City Council of the City of Worcester at a meeting held in City Hall on November 25, 2025 voted to advertise the following on a roll call vote of Ten Yeas and No Nays: (CSX Neighborhood Improvements) ORDERED: That the purpose of LO-1171 (East Park & Holmes Field) be expanded to include designated Neighborhood Improvements to be funded by anticipated future gate fees as outlined by the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the City of Worcester and CSX dated November 15, 2010, up to the sum of One Million Dollars and No Cents ($1,000,000).
