Letters of Office were issued on August 29, 2025, to Julie Gehringer and Jean Arndt, whose attorney is Elizabeth A. Pfiffner, P.O Box 115, Marengo, Illinois 60152. Claims against the estate may be filed on or before March 9, 2026, that date being at least six (6) months from the date of first publication, or within three (3) months from the date of mailing or delivery of Notice to creditors, if mailing or delivery is required by Section 18-3 of the Illinois Probate Act of 1975, as amended, whichever date is later. Any claim not filed on or before that date shall be barred. Claims against the estate may be filed with the estate representative or the Office of the Circuit Clerk - Probate Division, at the Winnebago County Courthouse, 400 W. State Street, Room 101, Rockford, Illinois, 61101, or with the representative, or both. Copies of claims filed with the Circuit Clerk's Office - Probate Division, must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to her attorney within ten days after it has been filed.
