Thatcher to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. dated December 2, 2005 and recorded with the Bristol South Registry of Deeds in Book 7906, Page 239, has/had filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
