Gendreau, and such other persons, if any, unascertained, not in being, unknown, within or without the Commonwealth, or who cannot be served with process, their heirs or legal representatives or such other persons as shall become their heirs, devisees or appointees. Whereas a civil action has been begun against you in our Superior Court by Denise A. Gendreau ("Plaintiff") relating to 112 Progress Street, Fall River, Massachusetts (the "Property") wherein the Plaintiff is seeking to reform the deed description thereby removing a cloud from the title. We hereby COMMAND YOU, if you intend to make any defense, that on or before January 13, 2026, you cause your written answer or other pleading to be filed with the Clerk of this Court, at Bristol Superior Court, 9 Court Street, Taunton, MA 02780, with a copy sent to the Plaintiff's attorney, Mark L. Levin, Esquire, Levin & Levin, 138 Rock Street, Fall River, MA 02720, and further that you defend against said suit according to law. If you fail to do so, judgement by default will be taken against you for the relief sought by the Plaintiff in the Complaint. It is ORDERED that notice of this suit be given to them by publishing this Order of Notice by Publication in the Fall River Herald News once a week for three consecutive weeks, with said publication to be at least 20 days before January 13, 2026.
