Canopy Children's Solutions Program Materials – Request for Proposals (RFP) Issued November 24, 2025 Canopy Children's Solutions invites the submission of proposals for printing and production materials needed for expanding Canopy Anywhere to 29 low- to moderate-income school districts across Mississippi that have been disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Proposals must be clearly labeled "Program Materials Request for Proposal" and mailed to the following address: Canopy Children's Solutions Attn: Whitney Jackson 1465 Lakeland Drive Jackson, MS 39215 Responding to the escalating youth mental health crisis in Mississippi, Canopy Children's Solutions launched Canopy Anywhere in 2023 as a pilot project within the Madison County School District. Canopy Anywhere is an innovative, technology-enabled solution designed to reduce crisis-level interventions through a HOPE-based wellness approach emphasizing early identification and facilitated connection to mental health and community supports based upon needs. This project's funding is provided by the CDBG-CV Program, administered by the State of Mississippi and HUD, and will increase access to Canopy Anywhere services, aimed at early identification, intervention, and ongoing support for middle and high school students and their caregivers. With rollout targeted for the spring of the 2025-2026 school year, we are seeking high-quality print and production solutions to help scale Canopy Anywhere, by effectively delivering mental health screening materials, assessment tools, wellness and therapeutic resources, and caregiver support materials to schools across Mississippi LMI identified areas.
