Christmount Creek Debris Removal
The scope of work covers emergency debris removal from creeks in the Dixon Park neighborhood at Christmount, where landslides from Highway 9 have created blockages and compromised water flow and bank stability. Additionally, the work covers emergency debris removal from the creek located at the apex of Fern Way & Holly Roads to the temporary bridge on Holly Road.
Remove immediate threats to life, public health, safety, and improved property by clearing storm-generated debris from designated creek sections.Restore natural waterway flow, prevent further flooding, and ensure long-term stream health and bank stability.
This scope of work is designed to meet all legal, safety, and ecological standards for post-disaster creek cleanup in Dixon Park, following the detailed requirements and BMPs provided by NCDEQ and FEMA.
