Notice of Determination
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Asbury Park Planning Board did, on October 20, 2025, formally adopt a resolution memorializing the action of the City of Asbury Park Planning Board taken at its hearing on September 8, 2025, correcting a resolution granting amended Major Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval to the applicant, Monroe Avenue Realty, LLC, relative to Block 2503, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,and 5, otherwise known as 700 Monroe Avenue, Asbury Park, New Jersey, for the development of a five-story mixed-use building having 52 residential units, to properly reflect 10 affordable units and a parking deficiency of 10 parking spaces. The property is located in Community Shopping Zone of the main Street Redevelopment Area.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Resolution and minutes of the meetings of the Planning Board of the City of Asbury Park are on file at City Hall, One Municipal Plaza, Asbury Park, New Jersey, and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
