Notice is hereby given that on May 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM, in the 1897 Room on the second floor of City Hall, 104 East Main Street, the City of Lancaster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following requests:
BZA Case #798
Danielle Lehman has applied for a Special Exception for the property located at 103 Cedar Hill Road, parcels 0536084600, 0536084700, and 0536084800, E. H. Biningers Sub Lots 1, 2, 3. The properties are currently zoned RT – Residential Transitional District. LCO § 1129.02 requires a Special Exception for Residential – Retail uses in RT Districts.

Shaun White of Morrison Sign Company, 2757 Scioto Parkway, Columbus, Ohio, has applied for an Area Variance for the property located at 1405 Conquest Street, parcel #0630011100, R 19 T 15 S 27 SW. The property is currently zoned RM – Residential Multi-Family. LCO § 1145.06 limits wall signs in RM Districts to a maximum size of twelve square feet.
