NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED REZONING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a formal public hearing to be held before the City of Menasha Common Council on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 5:00 P.M., in the first-floor conference rooms of the Menasha City Center, 100 Main Street, Menasha, WI, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, for the purpose of considering a zoning change.
A rezoning request has been initiated by the developer, Ryan Roth, in the matter of amending Title 13 (Zoning Code) of the City of Menasha Municipal Code for the below described real estate, which is currently zoned C-3 Business and Office District. The developer proposes to rezone the property to R-2A Multi-Family, Zero Lot Line, Residence District. The R-2A Multi-Family, Zero Lot Line, Residence District is intended to create small scale and moderate density residential development that can serve in a transitional capacity to higher and lower intensity uses.
