No. 2025PR16 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Karol S. Eimer, of 169 1550th St., New Holland, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on the 20th day of October 2025 to Seth Eimer and Audra Eimer of 169 1550th St., New Holland, Illinois 62671. Their attorney is Donald A. Behle, 16 Illini Dr., Lincoln, Illinois 62656. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by e-filing a Petition to Terminate with the Logan County Circuit Clerk pursuant to the instructions on the clerk's website. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at Logan County, Lincoln, Illinois, or with the representative, or both on or before the 1st day of May 2026, which date is not less than six months after the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
