Clear Water Corporation Request for Bids - Equipment Clear Water Corporation hereby offers for sale the following equipment: 2007 Kubota Trackhoe, Model KX1213 with 1207 Hrs Vermeer Hammerhead Mole & Attachments Equipment will be offered "as is" with no warranties or representrations offered. Inspection of the equipment can be made by appointment only by calling the office of Clear Water Corporation at 740-732-2549 during normal business hours (8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday). Clear Water Corporation will be accepting bids on an individual peice of equipment basis. Bids should be clearly marked as "Bid for Equipment - Clear Water Corporation". Clear Water Corporation hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The bids can be submitted in person to the office of Clear Water Corporation 49010 Seneca Lake Rd, Sarahsville, OH 43779 during normal buisiness hours, or by US Mail (must be received by bid opening date), or presented in person the day of the bid opening by 2pm.
