Clinton Phase II I/I Project
Sealed Bids for CONTRACT NO. 2026-01, SEWER INFLOW AND INFILTRATION REHABILITATION PHASE II will be received by the Town of Clinton, Massachusetts at the Town Hall Chamber Room, 2nd Floor, Clinton Town Hall, 242 Church Street, Clinton, MA 01510 on or before December 17, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at which time and place bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Sealed envelopes containing bids must be clearly marked "Bid – Sewer Inflow and Infiltration Phase II".
The work for this project consists of manhole rehabilitation and cementitious lining, sewer main point repairs and replacement, cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining for sewer mains, and smoke testing.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 3, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. The meeting will be held at the DPW Conference Room in the basement of the Clinton Town Hall, 242 Church Street, Clinton, MA 01510.
Contract Documents may be examined and/or obtained after November 24, 2025. An electronic copy of the Contract Documents may be obtained by emailing the Project Engineer, Sara Dewal at sdewal@ceiengineers.com.
Minimum Wage Rates are applicable, as determined by the Department of Labor and Work Force Development for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 149.
Instructions for submitting bids and Bid Security Deposit are contained in the Contract Documents. A five percent (5%) bid bond is required with bid submission. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
This Contract is being Bid on under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 44A through 44J.
No Bidder may withdraw its Bid within thirty (30) days (Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded) after the actual date of the Bid Opening. The Town of Clinton reserves the right to waive any informality in, and reject any or all bids, or accept all or any part thereof and to make awards deemed in the best interest of the Town of Clinton.
