Contract from Food Vendor for Preparation & Delivery of 345-400 hot meals Monday-Friday Year Round The Wichita Falls Area Food Bank (WFAFB) is inviting sealed bids be submitted for our CACFP & SFSP programs contract that are administrated by USDA nationally and the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) in Texas. The contract issued 12-10-2025 will be to prepare, provide and deliver pre-plated unitized hot meals to 10 sites for approximately 345 – 400 youths daily, Monday through Friday. The meals must meet the requirements of the TDA for the CACFP and SFSP Programs. Meals will be served Monday through Friday after school for supper and during the summer for lunch to 8 after school sites and for lunch only to 2 daycare sites in Wichita Falls and Burkburnett, TX. The contract period will be from January 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026. A bid bond of 10% will be required for the value of the contract. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance bond of 10% of the value of the contract. Bids must be received by the WFAFB by December 29, 2025 and will be securely held until opening at 2:00 pm on December 29, 2025 at the WFAFB. Bids are subject to review and approval by TDA, Food and Nutrition Division prior to the award of the contract.
