DONALDSONVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY REQUEST FEE ACCOUNTING SERVICES PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of Donaldsonville, Louisiana (DHA), soliciting proposals (RFP) from Certified Public Accounting Firms/Individuals to perform Fee Accounting Services for fiscal years ending December 31, 2026 and December 31, 2027. Contract will initially be executed for a period of 2 years with the DHA option of extending the agreement for (3) additional one-year terms, maximum total of 5 years. DHA operates 152 public housing units and currently has two Capital Fund Programs. It is expected that the fee accounting services will be performed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and other guidelines as typically required. The respondent must include information on the firm in sufficient detail for DHA to evaluate the response based on the criteria outlined in the RFP Package. DHA may reject any and all proposals, re-advertise, postpone or cancel this RFP at its discretion. DHA reserves the right to waive any formalities related to this RFP. DHA will evaluate all proposals and will award a contract to the responsible proposer, deemed most advantageous to DHA.
