Declaration of Indigenous Political Status Correction This notice is to provide a testament of my Declaration of Indigenous Political Status Correction that affirms that I have returned to my lawful birthright political status as a Paleo-Indian, a living and breathing Original Indigenous American Woman and Peoples of the land by blood with lineage in South, Central, and North America all pre-Columbian and pre-Hispania eras; therefore, I hereby make this formal and irrevocable declaration of my own, on behalf of The Kawthra Six Clan Alliance members, of our Indigenous identity, political status, and original standing as descendants ascending as Time Immemorial Peoples (and Paleo-Indian, Aboriginal, American Indian) of the Americas in accordance with Indian and Natural Law, Under God, International Law, the Northwest Ordinance (1787), particularly, Article III, with credence to Articles 1, 8, 9, 33, and 36 of UNDRIP, Worcester v Georgia, 31 US, 515 (1832), and ADRIP. 11/30/2025, by: L.
