EUGENE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On Monday, October 20, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., the Eugene City Council will conduct a public hearing on the following ordinance: AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LOW-INCOME RENTAL HOUSING PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION AND AMENDING SECTION 2.939 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971. This public hearing will be held in-person and remotely using virtual meeting technology. Information about online options for participation will be available by 5:00 p.m. on October 17, 2025, at https://www.eugene-or.gov/3360/Webcasts-and-Meeting-Materials.
