Elderly Public Housing Waiting List Notice to the Public Augusta Housing Authority Public Housing Program The Housing Authority of the City of Augusta, Georgia is pleased to announce that the Elderly Conventional Public Housing waiting list for 0-bedroom only (efficiency) will be open beginning Monday, November 17, 2025 through Wednesday, December 31, 2025. The Augusta Housing Authority (AHA) will accept applications for Elderly Conventional Public Housing, 0-bedroom only (efficiency). Qualifications for elderly units require that all family members be at least 50 years old. AHA will accept applications online beginning Monday, November 17, 2025, at 9:00 am through Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 5pm. Preliminary Applications will be accepted electronically through our website. Applicants will be placed on the Elderly Conventional Public Housing Waiting list, 0-bedroom only (efficiency) and will be ranked by preference and date and time.
