FSW Lee Campus Building V Remodel - Invitation to Bid Skanska USA Building Inc. is seeking subcontractor bids for the FSW Building V Remodel at the Florida SouthWestern State College – Lee Campus located at 8099 College Pkwy Fort Myers, FL 33919. The Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following bid packages: Concrete, Selective Demolition, Casework, Firestopping, Doors & Hardware, Storefronts, Drywall & Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Window Treatment, Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Site Work. Sealed proposals along with project specific documents on the appropriate bid forms, provided by Skanska, must be submitted via Building Connected. Bid packages received after the established bid time will not be considered.
