Fence Variance
Please take notice that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cinnaminson for relief from the requirements of § 269-14 (G) of the Township Municipal Code which limits the construction of a fence beyond the front building line of the main house structure within a residential zone. The applicant seeks relief from the ordinance due to the peculiar and unique characteristics of the existing rear yard as well as the undue hardship imposed to their family and children including but not limited to defining a safe play area for children. The applicant seeks a variance to permit the installation of a fence to be located approximately even with the existing attached garage on the front side of the property, together with any and all other variances, waivers, or approvals that may be deemed necessary by the Board or its professionals during the course of the review.
A public hearing on this application will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Cinnaminson Township Municipal Building, 1621 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
The subject property is located at 15 Saxony Drive, Cinnaminson, New Jersey, and is designated as Block 2602, Lot 70 on the Township Tax Map.
When this application is called for hearing, any interested party will have an opportunity to appear and be heard in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the provisions of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law. Participants may offer testimony, present evidence, and otherwise exercise their rights under the law.
Please note that this notice serves as a continuing notice, meaning that if the hearing is postponed or adjourned to another date, no further written notice will be provided. The new hearing date will be announced at the originally scheduled meeting.
