Howard and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court at Realty Reel 169, Page 1593, reference being made to said plat for a more accurate description as to the metes, bounds, and location of property being hereby conveyed.
This is a portion of that property conveyed to the party of the First Part herein by Quit Claim Deed from Tommy L. Beard, dated August 19, 1996, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, on Realty Reel 532, Page 875.
