All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Savannah, County of Chatham, State of Georgia being known as the Eastern Portion of Lot Twenty-One (21), Franklin Ward, as the same is shown on the plat of record in File No. 9764 in the Office of the City Engineer of the City of Savannah and of record in Plat Record Book C, Folio 281, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia. Said portion of Lot having frontage on the southern side of St. Julian Street, said City, of 40.94 feet, more or less, with a rectangular depth southwardly of 60 feet, more or less, to Congress Street, said City, on which it has a frontage of 40.98 feet, more or less; and being bounded on the North by St. Julian Street, said City; on the East by Lot 22, Franklin Ward; on the South by Congress Street, said City; and on the West by the remaining portion of Lot 21, Franklin Ward. This being the same property described in the Deed of Assent dated December 9, 1985 recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Record Book 128-V, Polio 88.
