Geist Conservancy District Public Notice A Request for the Establishment of the Geist Reservoir Conservancy District was referred to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. DNR will hold a hearing under IC 14-33. A public hearing is set for Dec. 8, 2025, at 11am to 2pm ET, at Fishers Municipal Center Theatre Room, 1 Municipal Dr, Fishers, IN 46038. Persons in attendance may offer input regarding the establishment of the conservancy district either orally or in writing.
