HOWELL TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on the 8th day of December, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room of the Howell Township Building located at 4567 US Highway 9 North, 2nd Floor, Howell, New Jersey, 07731, for application number BA24-15 of the undersigned for a Bulk(C) variance or other relief so as to permit the applicant to:
Install a porch on the front of the house on his premises located at 5 Lakeside Dr. Farmingdale, NJ 07727, and designated as Lot:1 Block:193 in the R-3 Zone on the Township Tax Maps. When the case is called, any interested party may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the application.
The applicant reserves the right to request additional variance(s) and/or waiver relief if same is determined to be necessary or appropriate by the Board or its staff prior to or during the public hearing.
All documents relating to this application that are on file may be reviewed by the public in the office of the Board Secretary at the Department of Community Development located in the Municipal Building at 4567 US Highway 9 North, 2nd Floor, Howell, New Jersey.
