HULL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Town of Hull Comprehensive Plan (Future Land use Map) Amendment PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Plan Commission of the Town of Hull, Portage County, Wisconsin, will be holding a Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to its Comprehensive Plan on May 28, 2026 at 6:00PM at the Town of Hull Municipal Building, 4550 Wojcik Memorial Drive, Stevens Point, WI. A request has been made to amend the Town of Hull Comprehensive Plan to change the Future Land Use Map designation of .5 acres of parcel 020240822-09.04 from Rural Residential to Commercial. This change in future land use designation will accompany a request to rezone .5 acres of parcel 020240822-09.04 from A4 General Agricultural to C4 Highway Commercial, and .5 acres of parcel 0200240822-09.05 from C3 Commercial to C4 Highway Commercial. The Town of Hull Plan Commission will hold a meeting immediately following the Public Hearing, at which time they may take action on the Comprehensive Plan amendment and rezoning. Both Plan Commission recommendations will be forwarded to the Town Board.
