Horizon Regional MUD - Hunt Communities Bond Sale OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SALE $3,630,000 HORIZON REGIONAL MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT (A Political Subdivision of the State of Texas Located within El Paso County, Texas) HUNT COMMUNITIES DEFINED AREA UNLIMITED TAX BONDS, SERIES 2025 Selling: November 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., local time The Bonds are obligations solely of Horizon Regional Municipal Utility District (the "District") and are not obligations of the State of Texas; El Paso County, Texas; the City of El Paso, Texas; or any other political subdivision or agency. THE DISTRICT WILL DESIGNATE THE BONDS AS "QUALIFIED TAX-EXEMPT OBLIGATIONS" FOR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. THE SALE Place and Time of Bid Opening . . . The District will open sealed bid for purchase of the Bonds at the designated meeting place within the boundaries of the District at the District's offices at 14100 Horizon Blvd., Horizon City, TX 79928 on November 20, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., local time. The award of the Bonds will take place at the District's Board of Directors (the "Board") Meeting at 6:00 p.m., at 14100 Horizon Blvd., Horizon City, TX 79928 the same day. Submission of Bids . . . Bids for the Bonds may be: 1. Delivered as sealed bids, or 2. Submitted electronically through the facilities of PARITY. Any bid received after 9:00 a.m., local time, the scheduled time for bid opening, will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. All bids must be submitted on the "Official Bid Form" without alteration or interlineation and accompanied by a Cashier's Check payable to the District in the amount of $72,600.
