Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Cloud, MN Bring It Home Rental Assistance Program Waiting List Opening The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Cloud, MN (HRA) will be accepting applications for the Bring It Home Rental Assistance (BIH) Program online starting on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 8:00am and ending Friday, January 9, 2026 at 4:30pm. The BIH Program is a state funded program that helps low-income households pay the rent on private, market-rate rental units. The income limit for this program is 50% Area Median Income. Applications will be accepted ONLINE ONLY on the HRA's website, www.stcloudhra.com. Applications will not be available at the HRA office. Fax or email requests will not be accepted. Applicants needing a reasonable accommodation may submit a written request to the HRA office no later than 4:00pm Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
