Part of Block 8, Hick's Addition, Mulberry, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Block 8; thence North 209.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes West 406.3 feet; thence North 0 degrees 09 minutes West 259.7 feet; thence East 207.0 feet; thence South 90.0 feet; thence East 90.0 feet; thence South 100.0 feet; thence East 110.0 feet; thence South 68.0 feet to the point of beginning containing 1.75 acres more or less according to plat by Clovis Satterfield Dated August 9, 1972.
