INVITATION TO BID Legal notice is hereby given that Gerrits Construction, Inc. (Construction Managers) for Florida Atlantic University is seeking qualified bidders for the Breezeway Repairs for FAU. The project is located at 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431. This project involves reroofing and interior modifications to the existing breezeway, stairs and restrooms. The scope involves new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, new lighting, new plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, urinal screens and toilet partitions, as well as related power and HVAC modifications. The Construction Manager requests all sealed bids be hand-delivered to our offices located at 8177 Glades Road, Suite 206, Boca Raton, FL 33434 by Wednesday, December 17th 2025 between the hours of 09:00AM - 3:00PM. The bid opening will be on December 18th 2025 @ 2:30PM @ FAU /Boca Campus/ Design & Construction Services Office. Construction plans and bidding documents must be obtained by emailing ronald@gciconstructs.com. When emailing Gerrits Construction, please use the following on the subject line "ITB for Breezeway Repairs for FAU". Owner and/or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject or accept any qualifications.
