ITB #25-26-110MB GROUNDS MAINTENANCE, VARIOUS CRA LOCATIONS The City of West Palm Beach ("City") for its agency, the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA"), is accepting bids from qualified and responsible contractors to provide all labor, materials, services, skills, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary to provide grounds maintenance services at various CRA locations. Only small business enterprises certified as a small business by the City, Palm Beach County or the School District of Palm Beach County and domiciled in Palm Beach County are eligible to bid. SHELTERED MARKET: In accordance with West Palm Beach Florida Code of Ordinances Article IX. Small Business Program, Section 66-230 this solicitation is reserved for Small Business Enterprises. A small business means a small business person or firm that is domiciled in Palm Beach County and is certified as a small business by the City of West Palm Beach (City), the School Board of Palm Beach County or Palm Beach County. Solicitation documents may be acquired electronically and free of charge by registering and logging onto the City's third party website, DemandStar at: https://network.demandstar.com/for-business. The solicitation and any addenda posted by the City on DemandStar are the only official procurement documents. The City does not post procurement documents on other third-party sites and is not responsible for the content posted on any third-party site other than DemandStar. Time is of the essence and any bid received after 3:00 p.m. January 8, 2026, whether by mail or otherwise will be returned unopened. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bid is time-stamped by Procurement personnel by the deadline. The City shall not be responsible for any delays caused by any occurrence. Bidders shall submit one (1) original, one (1) electronic version via flash drive and one (1) copy of the Bid in a sealed envelope marked in the lower left-hand corner with the Bidder's Company Name, ITB number, ITB title, and bid submittal deadline date.
