Imagination Library Request for Proposal Qualifications-based competitive sealed proposals for professional design services will be received by the Contracting Agency, Southwest New Mexico Council of Governments for RFP No. 25-26-1. The Contracting Agency is requesting proposals for Professional Services. Proposals will be received at 1203 N. Hudson St until November 20, 2025, 2:00 p.m. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFPs) can be obtained in person at the office of Southwest New Mexico Council of Governments at 1203 N. Hudson or will be mailed or emailed upon request to Priscilla Lucero at 575-388-1509 or priscillalucero@swnmcog.org. A non-mandatory meeting will be held.
