Antonio Bradley, Sr., whereabouts unknown, if living, and if dead to his heirs at law, next of kin and distributees, whose names and places of residence are unknown and if he died subsequent to the decedent herein, to the executors, administrators, legatees, devisees, assignees and successors in interest whose names and places of residence are unknown and to all other heirs at law, next of kin and distributees of Antonio Bradley Jr., the decedent herein, whose names and places of residence are unknown and cannot, after diligent inquiry, be ascertained. being person(s) interested as creditors, legatees, devisees, beneficiaries, distributees or otherwise of the estate of Antonio Bradley, Jr. a/k/a Antonio Bradley, deceased, who at the time of death resided at 106 W Sidney Avenue, Mount Vernon, New York 10550. An amended Petition and amended Account having been duly filed by the petitioner Willie Johnson ("Petitioner"), who is domiciled at 150 Glover Avenue, Norwalk, Connecticut 06850, YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, at 111 Dr. Martin Luther Jr. Blvd. 18th Floor, New York, on July15, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., why the following relief should not be granted: WHY the amended account of the proceedings of Willie Johnson, as Administrator of the Estate of Antonio Bradley, Jr. a/k/ a Antonio Bradley, deceased, a copy of which is attached, be judicially settled, and WHY the filing of a bond be dispensed with, and
WHY the Court should not declare that Antonio Bradley, Sr. abandoned and failed or refused to provide for Decedent while Decedent was under the age of 21 years, and such abandonment continued until the time of Decedent's death, and that Antonio Bradley, Sr. be disqualified from receiving any share of the net settlement amount pursuant to EPTL 4-1.4 (a)(1) and EPTL 5-4.4(a)(2), and WHY the settlement amount of $2,350,000.00 be allocated as follows: 100% to wrongful death, and 0% to conscious pain and suffering; WHY Shulman & Hill, PLLC, as escrow agent, distribute the remaining balance of the settlement proceeds in the sum of $1,494,799.84 as follows: To: Willie Johnson, administrator, for his statutory commissions as Administrator herein $47,558.98; To: Willie Johnson, for reimbursement of funeral expenses paid $5,000.00; To: Sherill Wigley, sister of decedent, as and for her share of pecuniary loss suffered $373,699.96; To: Clifford Wigley, brother of decedent, as and for his share of pecuniary loss suffered $373,699.96; To: Twinkle Murray, sister of decedent, as and for her share of pecuniary loss suffered $373,699.96; To: Shamekia Murray, sister of decedent, as and for her share of pecuniary loss suffered $373,699.96.
