Indian Grove Notice of Filing STATE OF ILLINOIS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COUNTY OF LIVINGSTON In the matter of INDIAN GROVE DRAINAGE DISTRICT in the County of Livingston and State of Illinois 13-MC-1 NOTICE OF FILING OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS AND FILING OF OBJECTIONS TO REPORT TO ALL PARTIES INTERESTED: Take Notice, that on November 24th, 2025, the Commissioners of the Indian Grove Drainage District made their Report under oath to said Court, showing the amount of money collected by said District since its last preceding Report, and the manner in which the funds of said District have been expended, beginning October 1, 2024, and ending September 30, 2025. FURTHER TAKE NOTICE, that said Report has been filed with the Clerk of this Court and that the same has been presented to said Court, and any owner of land within the district may file an objection to the report with the Clerk of the Court within 10 days after the publication of this notice. If any objections are filed within the time prescribed, the Court shall set a hearing on the objections at a time not later than four weeks after the filing of the report.
