Invitation to Bid Muskingum University's Boyd Science Center Engineering Lab Demo and Abatement Demolition and abatement of rooms 125, 234, 236, and 237 at Muskingum University's Boyd Science Center. The scope of the project includes removing all asbestos-containing materials as identified in the asbestos survey report. The scope also includes demolishing all existing casework, lab equipment, flooring, and ceiling systems. New 1 hr rated spray applied fire proofing will be applied to the structure above in the rooms listed. Install new gyp. Soffits and act ceilings where existing were removed. Install the salvaged light fixtures, diffusers, and ceiling types back in their original locations / layout.
