Invitation to Bid Meals on Wheels - Proposed HQ Facility BC7.06 Roofing & Sheet Metal Package Bid Proposals will be received by Danis Building Construction for the Meals on Wheels - Proposed HQ Facility project; BC 7.06 Roofing & Sheet Metal This project is a new headquarters facility for Meals on Wheels. 51,000 SF of production space, offices, shipping and receiving. Project is located on Highland Ave. in Cincinnati, OH 45213. This is an existing roof tear-off and demolition scope with providing a new roofing package for the project. Danis is currently accepting completed bid proposals and prequalification information for this bid package. Potential bidders must have completed and obtained an approved prequalification. To obtain a bidding packet, please email or call Kevin Apling. Proposals for the above-mentioned project are due no later than 2:00pm on December 19, 2025 via email. Please note the requirement for bidders to provide a Bid Bonds with the proposal submittal as outlined in the specifications. Complete all supplemental bid proposal information as required in the Bid Proposal and Instructions to Bidders. The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the lowest and best bid.
