LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT PROPOSALS FOR: "ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES" The Edgewater Housing & Redevelopment Authority is soliciting written Proposals from firms to provide Elevator Maintenance Services for the period of Two years commencing January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. The specifications, form of Proposal and contract may be obtained at the offices of the Housing Authority located at 300 Undercliff Ave, Edgewater, NJ 07020, during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, telephone (201) 941-0655. Copies may be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per packet.
