LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) NETWORK EQUIPMENT HARDWARE AND LICENSING The Education Cooperative, located at 141 Mansion Drive, Suite 200, East Walpole, MA 02032, invites sealed bids for the procurement of network equipment hardware and associated software licensing. All information regarding this bid will be posted on www.tec-coop.org The bid documents will be posted by April 20, 2026. Bids will be received electronically at dshovak@tec-coop.org until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B. A Certificate of Non-Collusion and Certificate of Tax Compliance are required with all bids. The Education Cooperative reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it is in the best interest of The Education Cooperative, and to waive minor informalities.
