LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO APPLY The City of Wooster is inviting applications for the City's Economic Development Fund, created from monies collected under the city's transient occupancy tax. If awarded, funds must be used to promote economic development in the City of Wooster. Any person or entity doing business in the City of Wooster and registered for income tax purposes with the city's Finance Department may apply.
