LEGAL NOTICE NEW JERSEY FY 2026 SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM Notice is hereby given to food service management companies and food service vendors that the New Jersey Department of Agriculture (NJDA) Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) will be providing mandatory training for those interested in participating in the FY 2026 SFSP. All food service management companies and food service vendors seeking to bid on contracts with State approved sponsors in the FY 2026 SFSP are required to participate in the training and must contact the SFSP representative below no later than November 26, 2025, to receive an invitation to the training and additional information on the registration process.
