The Village of Silver Lake's Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Monday November 10, 2025 at 5 pm and Thursday November 13, 2025 at 5pm, for the purpose of hearing a variance request being made by the Marconi's, 2834 Lee Rd. The Marconi's are planning to install a pool and are requesting a variance for side yard setback. The pool would be 7 feet from the side property line. Pursuant to Section 1133.03 side yard setback depth 10 feet minimum. Also Pursuant to Code Section 1109.04 Meetings and Hearings, (d) the Board shall be required to hold at least 2 meetings, at least 3 days apart.
