LEGAL NOTICE The City of Tuscaloosa requests Statements of Qualifications for Professional Property Appraisal and Review Appraisal Services for the following project: Ash Street Project. The City of Tuscaloosa seeks the services of professional property appraisal firms which have the knowledge, experience and expertise to perform the services as requested. The selected firms will be required to have sufficient personnel to complete the tasks required by the scope of services. The selected firms will complete the required tasks in a timely and efficient manner. The selected firms would likely be expected to enter into a contract for services based upon the firm's hourly rates and an agreed-upon not to exceed amount. Proposals are due on or before close of business on Friday, January 9, 2026. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted. For a copy of the Request for Statement of Qualifications ("RFQ") for the abovementioned professional services, please contact the Office of the City attorney at 205-248-5140 and reference file number OCA-25-1682. Alternatively, the RFQ will be available on the City of Tuscaloosa website at www.tuscaloosa.com.
