LEGAL NOTICE Hatch Enterprises Inc ("Corporation") was dissolved effective December 31, 2025. This Notice is published pursuant to Wis. Stat. 180.1407. Any persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against the Corporation, or its Directors, officers or Shareholders, in their capacities as such, need to make such claims in accordance with Wis. Stat. 180.1407 and this Notice. All claims should include documentation forming the basis of the claim and should be mailed to: P.O. Box 507, Campbellsport, WI 53010. A claim against the Corporation or its Directors, officers or Shareholders is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is brought within two (2) years after the publication date of this Notice.
