The auction shall be held through the online auction services of GovDeals.com, Inc., at www.GovDeals.com. In certain circumstances there may be a need to re-auction an item listed for sale for reasons including, without limitation, a reserve not being met, a default by the winning bidder or discovery of error(s) in an item description. All items may be inspected at the location noted on the GovDeals site by appointment only. Payment must be received by GovDeals within (5) business days of the sale closing date.
